I found this set very easy to use. The flaps that come with the set are over sized. They seem to match the larger scale drawings in the instructions. I wouldn't have used them even if they were the correct scale. A modeler with talent enough to use PE comfortably would have no trouble cropping down these flaps to the right size if desired. I love that one can buy these sets to detail the 1/350 Trumpeter aircraft without having to get it in a combo with Wildcats or other aircraft. It is also not like buying 12 hotdogs and only 8 buns. Ten Trumpeter aircraft, set covers the ten aircraft.
