Designed for use with Tom's Modelworks PE set 3587 Flotation Baskets. Flotation baskets were redesigned after World war 2 and carried on almost all US Navy ships and carriers in the 1950s and 1960s. This tool makes them easy to form. Just remove the PE basket from the fret and form the basket around the tool. Add a few drops of glue to hold it and it's done!
