Designed for use with Tom's Modelworks PE set 752 Flotation Baskets. Flotation baskets were on almost all US Navy carriers in the last two years of World War 2 and they were different than those on other types of ship. This tool makes them easy to form. Just remove the PE basket from the fret and form the basket around the tool. Add a few drops of glue to hold it and it's done!
