Designed for use with Tom's Modelworks PE set 779 Flotation Baskets. Flotation baskets were on almost all US Navy warships in the last two years of World War 2 and this tool set makes them easy to form. Just remove the PE basket from the fret and select the right sized tool of the 3 in the set and form the basket around it. Add a few drops of glue to hold it and it's done!
